I contacted a couple other window washing companies and didn’t even get a call back. When I called Shine-On I got a call back within a couple hours. They asked a few questions about the number of windows in our house and gave me an initial estimate which ended up being very close to the final cost. We scheduled a time for them to do our windows. They called the day before to confirm our appointment and arrived right on time. They did a final count of the number of windows and gave a final price before starting the work. We have 2 -10 unit condo’s that had green color on the siding because of the algae over a lot of the area. They came in a power washed the “B” building’s siding. A lightning storms came thru they had to quit came back another day we noticed some areas the need to be redone the were very apologetic about missing some spots. They took care of the missed spots first. They then went to the “A” building and were done in no time. I am very pleased with the work that they did I highly recommend Shine-On. On-time and professional. Spent time listening to what we needed done, and were diligent about ensuring that the job was completed correctly and to our satisfaction. Also did a fantastic job cleaning our cieling fans, chandelier, and some suspended arches that were very dusty. The windows were so clear when they finished with them that they looked like they were wide open. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the finished work.
